Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders (within India):
Estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days, including dispatch and shipping.

Note: All delivery timelines are approximate and subject to change based on availability, courier partner performance, or unforeseen delays (such as weather disruptions, strikes, or customs clearance issues).

Shipping Charges

Within India:

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • An additional fee applies for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

International Orders:

  • Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and total order weight.

  • All custom duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in the destination country must be borne by the customer.

Order Processing

  • Each order is processed and stitched after payment confirmation.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp update with your tracking details.

  • Please allow up to 48–72 hours for order confirmation and dispatch preparation.

Important Notes

  • Customers are requested to record an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. This helps us verify and resolve any claims regarding defective, mismatched, or missing products.

  • Do not remove the tag seal before confirming the product’s condition. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted without the original tag and seal intact.

  • Delivery timelines may extend during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen logistics delays, but we will always keep you informed.

  • Once the order is shipped, address modifications are not possible.
