Return & Exchange Process

File a Return Request:

Submit your return request on the Return and Exchange link within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Reverse Pickup:

Once we receive your request, our team will organize the reverse pickup.
If the item is not picked up within 2 days, please notify us immediately.
The reverse parcel usually takes 3–7 days to reach us. Upon receipt, we conduct a quality check of the returned product.

Refund via Credit Note/Voucher:

Once the returned product passes our quality check, we will issue a discount voucher or credit note for the full amount. No return, courier, or service charges will be deducted.

Processing Time:

Your voucher or credit note will be issued within 3–5 working days after we receive the product back.

Exchange Orders:

To exchange, simply return your old order and place a new one using the voucher provided.


Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Unboxing Video Requirement:

Please record a complete unboxing video at the time of receiving your order.
This video serves as proof in case of mismatch, damage, or defective products.
Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

Do Not Remove the Tag Seal:

Products without the original tag seal will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Customized products like including Plus-size are not eligible for return or exchange.

Advance-paid orders can be canceled within 2 days if they have not been dispatched.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Customized orders require full payment at the time of booking.

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
